Mobile Engineer III - iOS

Join Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method. You'll handle various application development efforts across iOS applications including the Anytime Fitness App and the Orangetheory App in a fun, fast-paced, inspirational culture.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, self-documenting, and modular code conforming to team coding standards
• Develop high-quality application features in a reasonable timeframe by accurately implementing requirements in tickets and design documents
• Collaborate with team members via Jira, Slack, Email, Wiki, GitHub, Figma
• Participate in team ceremonies: standups, refinement, retrospectives, planning
• Review pull requests based on technical and architectural standards
• Leverage AI technologies as part of iOS development and testing

Requirements

• Professional enterprise experience building iOS apps in Swift delivered to the App Store
• Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code
• Experience profiling applications and optimizing app performance
• Experience writing test coverage with XCTest and Swift Testing
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub)
• Experience with caching techniques to enhance performance
• Experience with AI coding techniques and tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
• Understanding of modern architecture patterns like MVVM
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and REST APIs
• Ability to perform code reviews based on technical and architectural standards
• Ability to monitor logs, metrics, and analytics to ensure app success
