As part of the Growth Pod, you'll drive top-of-funnel acquisition, focusing on increasing subscriptions and revenue through optimized user journeys for the iOS app used by 100,000+ subscribers (who use the app 3-4 times weekly).
• Create and maintain features in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Participate in technical discussions on building product features and the technical vision of a modern, composable, scalable app
• Be an advocate of the iOS platform and promote software development best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Creative, and Design
• Drive continuous improvement for the release process
• BA/BS in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development on robust, complex systems serving high volume of users
• Professional experience building iOS applications using Swift
• Bonus points for familiarity with SwiftUI and/or The Composable Architecture
• Comfortable working with various architectural patterns and know when best to apply them
• Strong command of algorithms, data structures, and best practices
• Passion for bringing great products into the world through collaboration and ingenuity
• Able to understand, diagnose, and articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Able to handle ambiguous problems and make tradeoffs without compromising quality
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Gemini CLI, Claude)
