I'm a Senior iOS Engineer with over 11 years of experience building scalable, user-focused mobile apps in native Swift. My focus has always been craft: clean, testable architecture across Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit (MVVM, MVI, Coordinators, Composition Root, dependency injection). Much of my recent work is in payments and fintech. At PayPal I worked on an App Switch-based checkout flow spanning a merchant app, a mobile SDK, and the native PayPal app, and contributed to the public Braintree iOS SDK, which instilled the discipline of public API design, backward compatibility, and the rigorous testing SDKs demand.
At Upside, I led a large-scale iOS rebranding initiative, building a SwiftUI design system from scratch that was later adopted across multiple teams. I also work at the intersection of iOS and AI-assisted development. I built with others a LLM-first end-to-end test-automation framework at PayPal, featuring AI-readable test structures, structured failure output, auto-diagnosis, and Claude-assisted test generation and triage, and I lean on LLM-first workflows to move faster without sacrificing quality.
Earlier roles at Route, Magazine Luiza, and Sicredi grounded me in consumer, marketplace, and banking products at scale. I care about maintainability, safe feature-flagged rollouts, and helping teammates ship with confidence. I work fully remotely from Brazil and enjoy long-term engagements where I can own iOS deeply and grow alongside the product.

An iOS app that tracks Brazilian Congressional spending, pulling official data from the Chamber of Deputies (Câmara dos Deputados) with monthly updates so citizens can see how legislators spend public money. Built in Swift and SwiftUI as a full modern rebuild of a 2015 Apple Developer Academy capstone (originally Swift 2 / iOS 9), so it also doubles as a legacy-to-modern migration. Open source, with a publicly tracked roadmap.
