Team

Join ESU to architect and implement cutting-edge iOS applications. You'll own components end-to-end — design, implementation, testing, launch, and iteration — integrating with backend and AI systems to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cutting-edge iOS applications
• Drive improvements across app performance, architecture, test coverage, tooling, and reliability
• Champion best practices in mobile development
• Own components end-to-end — design, implementation, testing, launch, and iteration
• Integrate with backend and AI systems to deliver seamless mobile experiences
• Bring obsessive attention to detail and to the overall app experience
• Contribute to backend systems as needed

Requirements

• Deep experience in iOS development (Swift/Objective-C)
• Experience with frameworks including UIKit/SwiftUI and Core Data
• Performance optimization expertise
• Passion for creating intuitive, performant, and delightful mobile experiences
• Track record of thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Drive to go above and beyond to ship great work

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-to-1 experience building successful products in early-stage environments
• Experience building applications that use modern ML/AI technology
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and their best practices
• Experience with 3D graphics, visual effects, and audio/video streaming on mobile
