• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches
• Develop secure and high-quality production code, review and debug code written by others
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes
• Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain tools, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities
• Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to probe architectural designs and technical credentials
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced in Swift UI with experience designing and implementing iOS applications
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security
• Experience working with API integration and proficiency with Linux, Mac OS X, GNU tools, and scripting languages
• Experience with iOS Frameworks (Foundation, UIKit, CocoaTouch, Core Data) and Unit Testing frameworks for Swift
• Experience with Xcode-provided tools (Debug Memory Graph, Debug View Hierarchy, Instruments for Profiling)
• Experience with One or more Design Patterns – MVC, MVVM, MVP, Singleton
• Working knowledge of Git/Bitbucket version control
• Experience creating an application available in Apple's AppStore
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security)
• In-depth knowledge of financial services industry and IT systems
