Technical Leadership
• Participate in iOS and modern web projects end-to-end, from architecture through delivery
• Conduct code reviews and manage pull requests across mobile and web codebases
• Act as a strategic technical partner to clients, translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
• Architect, build, and scale high-performance iOS applications using SwiftUI and modern Swift
• Apply state-driven and modular architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Maintain fluency with legacy iOS patterns: UIKit, MVC, Storyboard, and XIB-based structures
• Manage iOS build schemas, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
• Analyze, reverse-engineer, and re-architect existing iOS codebases as needed
• Design and deliver scalable, secure web applications using TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js
• Write clean, modern HTML5 and CSS3 with strong JavaScript fundamentals
• Apply and advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Work with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) as needed
• Proactively contribute to technical and product innovation; stay current with emerging technology trends
• Partner with design, product, and engineering teams across iOS, Android, and web disciplines
• Help grow and shape Eidra's engineering culture and reputation in the U.S. market
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI)
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Next.js)
• Comfortable leading projects and teams across both mobile and web stacks
• Collaborative engineer who values diversity, shared ownership, and cross-functional partnership
