You'll help build the iOS version of an existing Android safety app, working directly with the founder and current team to move fast with discipline.
• Study existing Android app and product flows
• Build native iOS app in Swift
• Integrate with backend services and APIs
• Implement authentication, user roles, alerts, settings, and core workflows
• Handle push notifications and app permissions correctly
• Work through technical issues quickly with minimal hand-holding
• Help get to a usable iOS version as fast as possible
• Strong native iOS development in Swift
• Full stack capability with API integration and backend coordination
• Experience with Firebase or AWS
• Experience with push notifications, permissions, and real-time app behavior
• Experience shipping production iOS apps
• Ability to work directly with founder and move quickly in startup environment
• Strong English communication
• Can provide 3 iOS apps you personally built
• Actively coded for 3+ years
• Experience building real-time alerting or safety-related apps
• Experience with audio-related app behavior or signal processing workflows
• Experience reproducing an Android app on iOS from an existing product
• Experience with admin dashboards or role-based systems
