• Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practices
• Work with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web services
• Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable
• Understand CoStar's product architecture and frameworks and contribute ideas
• Collaborate with different teams along with other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvements
• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications
• Expert in Objective-C, SwiftUI/Swift, Cocoa Framework, Xcode IDE, Interface Builder
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection)
