Responsibilities

• Build exceptional iOS experiences — design, build, and scale Perchwell's iOS app serving real estate professionals
• Own projects end-to-end — lead major iOS initiatives from technical design through launch
• Accelerate product sales — mobile experience is a competitive differentiator for new clients
• Shape iOS architecture — make key decisions on codebase structure, scalability, maintainability, and testability
• Collaborate across disciplines — work closely with backend, product, design, and QA

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional iOS development experience with strong command of Swift and modern iOS ecosystem (UIKit, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, dependency management)
• Proven track record owning and delivering complex, high-impact features from architecture to development and release
• Deep understanding of mobile reliability and scalability, identifying and resolving systemic issues
• Experience influencing technical direction — defining standards, driving architectural decisions, aligning cross-functional teams
• Strong customer empathy — translating complex user needs into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration with backend and product partners
• Love ownership, iteration, and making things better every release

Preferred Qualifications

• Modular iOS architecture — experience with Swift Package Manager, dependency management strategies for clean separation of concerns, fast incremental build times
• Multi-app development — structuring codebase to streamline developing and releasing multiple mobile applications in a single codebase
• Performance optimization — investigating, diagnosing, and fixing performance issues
• Familiarity with backend systems and APIs — designing robust client-server contracts for mobile applications
• Continuous integration — structuring and organizing mobile builds and automated testing tracks
