Senior iOS Engineer

1v1Me is building a 24/7 global sports entertainment platform where users watch, chat, and stake on private esports leagues from their phone. Small team of A-players. Second iOS engineer. Own features end-to-end, shipping to production in days, not quarters. Based in Lower Manhattan (Financial District), NYC.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with backend & design to build user-facing features from end-to-end
• Monitor, diagnose, and fix app stability and performance
• Identify areas to improve & scale architecture
• Bring strong product opinions, loosely held
• Take features from idea all the way to the App Store
• Leverage latest LLMs and agentic workflows while shipping with pixel-perfect precision

Requirements

• 5+ years of iOS engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience owning a feature or project from proposal through production
• Sharp eye for polish, performance, animations, and details users notice
• Fluent with designers: can read Figma file and immediately understand how to build ambitious designs into pixel-perfect code
• Actively uses AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor as part of agentic workflows and core development process
• Comfortable in fast-moving, small-team environment where you wear multiple hats

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, live data)
• Familiarity with payments or financial product integrations
• Experience with gaming, esports, or consumer apps with high engagement
