• Contribute to development and enhancement of features in EarnIn’s iOS application and web surfaces
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Swift and React code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality releases
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into intuitive mobile experiences
• Gain exposure to modern iOS and web development paradigms and tools
• How to build and ship production-quality features in a large-scale iOS and web application
• Best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and performant mobile code
• Fundamentals of mobile and web architecture and modern development paradigms
• How to collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Debugging, testing, and improving client-side performance and reliability
• Working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with real user impact
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, debugging)
• Proficiency in Swift with an interest in iOS development
• Curiosity to learn or experience in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React)
• Familiarity with mobile development concepts or iOS frameworks (UIKit or SwiftUI) is a plus
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excited to build user-facing products and improve mobile experience for real users
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required
