You'll own and polish the iOS app, instrument analytics, and build coach dashboards.
• Own and polish the iOS app (Swift, SwiftUI) — product is vibe coded and needs professional polish to be reliable and beta ready
• Instrument the app with PostHog to see what users actually do and run A/B experiments
• Build coach dashboards on web (Next.js, TypeScript) where coaches and players see training data
• Iterate based on feedback from beta testers, adding and cutting features as learnings come in
• Shipped a real iOS app you can show us (Swift, ideally SwiftUI)
• Can build and own web frontend work too (Next.js, TypeScript, React)
• Product brain: shipped a feature, watched how people used it, and changed something because of what you saw
• Like early-stage ambiguity and owning things end to end
• Proficient with AI tools
• Sports tech, wearables, or any sensor + app product experience
• Starts as a sprint: ~30-40 hours/week for first 6-8 weeks to get to beta
• Ongoing role: ~8-12 hours/week after beta
• Rate: $80-115/hour depending on experience
