iOS Application Developer

Join Cracker Barrel's Store Support Center, where you'll be serving those who serve guests. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features for the iOS application, working closely with designers to ensure UI/UX aligns with Cracker Barrel's brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features for the Cracker Barrel iOS application
• Work closely with designers to ensure UI/UX aligns with Cracker Barrel's brand identity and standards
• Integrate with external APIs and data sources to provide dynamic content and functionality
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Continuously monitor app performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven working experience in iOS app development with at least one original iOS app published
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for iOS applications
• Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
• Experience with iOS frameworks
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Proficient understanding of Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of app security and data protection measures
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment
