Join the Native App team supporting consumer-facing Abercrombie and Hollister iOS apps used by millions of customers. You'll partner closely with product, design, and backend teams to build scalable and engaging retail experiences, evolving apps through modern iOS development practices and AI-driven capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain features for Abercrombie and Hollister iOS applications
• Contribute to full app lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, release, and post-launch support
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code following team standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Partner with Android and backend teams to ensure cohesive, cross-platform experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve app performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Contribute to architectural decisions using MVVM and modular design
• Stay current with iOS trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to integrating AI-driven features (personalization, recommendations, conversational experiences)
• Support experimentation with on-device ML and agent-based experiences
• Leverage data and analytics to measure impact of AI-enabled features
• Explore ways to improve customer experience and developer productivity through AI
• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on iOS development
• Strong experience with Swift and Apple iOS frameworks
• Understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM or Clean Architecture)
• Experience building scalable, high-quality mobile applications
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend service integration
• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD
